Session Cancellation

Session cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations at least 24 hours before the appointment will be rescheduled. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for any refund.

If a session is cancelled in less than 24 hours due to unforeseen technical circumstances, or if due to sudden emergency, the session will still be honored and rescheduled at a later date.
